• Return period 5 days from the date of delivery.  
• Unboxing video showing damage mandatory.
• Both sided shipping fees will not be refunded .
• Returned product should be unused .
• Refund will be processed once we receive the product and it has passed the quality check.
• Refund time 3-5 days after receiving the product .
• If the product is not received in original condition or original packing the customer is not liable for the full refund (excluding both side shipping charge).

You need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on.
